Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law

You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly, at no cost to you. You can obtain a free copy of your credit report from each nationwide credit bureau. You have a right to sue a credit repair organization that violates the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). You have the right to cancel your contract with any credit repair organization for any reason within three business days of signing it.

Before any services are performed, you will receive the full, legally-required disclosure statement and a written contract describing the services to be performed and your right to cancel.

Florida operations

Relentless Credit Builder operates from Tampa, Florida, in accordance with the laws applicable to credit service organizations, including the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act. Information about our business registration is available on request.

No advance fees

We do not collect fees for services that have not yet been performed, consistent with applicable law. Please confirm the amount and service with Relentless Credit Builder before sending any payment.

Business funding

We are not a lender. Any references to funding describe a preparation process and are not an offer of credit or a guarantee of approval, rates, or terms.
