Our services

Relentless Credit Builder provides credit education and dispute support services. Specific services, scope, fees, and timing are described in a separate written service agreement provided before any work begins.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including credit score increases, the removal of any item from a credit report, or approval for any loan or funding. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including the results of bureau and creditor investigations. Results vary by individual.

Your rights under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA)

Federal law gives you important rights. You have the right to a written contract describing the services to be performed, the right to cancel that contract within three business days, and the right to dispute inaccurate information in your own credit report for free. We provide the required “Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law” disclosure and a written contract before any services are performed. See our Disclosures page for a summary.

Payment terms

Fees are set out in your written service agreement. Consistent with applicable law, payment is collected only as permitted under that agreement — never as an advance fee for services that have not yet been performed. Refund terms, where applicable, are stated in your service agreement. Always confirm the amount and service with us before sending any payment.

Eligibility & your responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for the information you submit and for reviewing communications about your file.
• You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to disrupt its operation.

Third-party forms & services

Our secure intake and consultation forms are provided through DisputeFox. Your use of those forms is also subject to DisputeFox's terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Intellectual property

The site content, branding, and materials are owned by XEM Holdings Inc. and may not be used without permission.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, XEM Holdings Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
